Late Arrival Policy

  • If you arrive 15 minutes late , please note that your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
  • At Mystic & Cortex Salon, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid any fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service, and no-shows will be billed for the full amount.

Additionally, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. We kindly ask that you dress accordingly for your visit. (no white shirts , a hoodie that can be removed, earrings, turtlenecks)

Payment Policy

  • We accept various payment methods, including exact cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
  • Card transaction processing fees are 3.5%
  • A deposit may be required for certain services, especially for new clients or high-demand treatments.

1. Sanitation and Cleanliness

  • All tools and equipment will be sanitized after each use, in accordance with state and local regulations.
  • Salon surfaces, including chairs and workstations, will be regularly cleaned and disinfected throughout the day
  • We kindly ask clients to reschedule their appointments if they are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with a contagious illness.
